Valey

An AI-agent orchestrator that looks and feels like a game

Valey icon
Pixel-art office corridor in Valey with two project rooms where agents sit at desks under status signs.
A pager card in the Valey office asks permission to run a test command, with Allow, Always allow and Deny buttons.
The standup panel lists six agents grouped by project, each with a short status and a waiting-on-you flag.
An aquarium with piranhas stands in the office corridor next to the player and an orange cat.

A local Node server turns your Claude Code and Codex sessions into a pixel-art office you can walk around: a room per project, a person per session. From the office you answer their permission prompts and questions on a pager, put a task on a session's desk or hire a new agent at reception. No npm dependencies, 127.0.0.1 only, no accounts, no telemetry; an open AGPL-3.0 core with paid modules on top.

Detail

Every session becomes a person whose face and name are a deterministic hash of the session id, so the same session is the same colleague every time you look.
